Hyacine is a new 5-star character released on May 21, 2025, in version 3.3 of Honkai: Star Rail. She follows the Path of Remembrance and wields the Wind element. Hyacine is known as a powerful healer, capable of increasing the Max HP of the entire team and providing continuous healing through her memosprite, Little Ica.

  Summons Little Ica to heal all allies and enters “After Rain” state, increasing the Max HP of all team members by up to 37.5% + 768.75.

• Talent: “First Light Heals the World”
  Little Ica gains Max HP based on Hyacine’s Max HP. Each time healing is provided by Hyacine or Little Ica, Little Ica’s damage is increased.

• Bonus Traces:

• Gloomy Grin: Increases CRIT Rate for Hyacine and Little Ica by 100%. If healing a target with ≤50% HP, Outgoing Healing is increased by 25%.

• Stormy Caress: Boosts Hyacine’s Effect RES by 50% and removes 1 debuff from all allies when using a Skill or Ultimate.

Lore & Background

Hyacine descends from the Chrysos Heirs, protectors of the Sky Coreflame. As a Physician at Twilight Courtyard, she inherited her ancestors’ mission to reunite a world split between dusk and dawn. On her journey, she faces immense challenges and ultimately succeeds Aquila as the new Sky Titan.

Mythological Inspiration

Her name, Hyacine, likely derives from Hyacinthus, a prince in Greek mythology loved by the god Apollo. His tragic death, caused by the jealous wind god Zephyrus, hints at themes of sacrifice and transformation — possibly reflected in Hyacine’s own story arc.
